Shipping & Tracking
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Handling time for each product is clearly stated on the product page, please refer to each individual product page for details. Customers could get an estimated shipping fees for different shipping methods available under the special instruction on the shopping cart page.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. A delivery confirmation email with tracking number will be also sent to customers when package has been dispatched.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
3. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number.
4. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately we CANNOT deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
a. Once your order goes through, you will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours
b. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a second email offering you the tracking number.
c. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show
