1. What are hair extensions?
Hair extensions are an easy to use accessory, which can easily be attached to your own hair to achieve volume or length and bring a variety of new hairstyles into your life. This can be achieved by different methods, such as Clip-in, Tape in, Bonding, Braiding, Strand by Strand and many more.

2. How to choose the length of your hair extensions?
You can choose any length of extensions based on your personal specifications or dependent upon your natural hair length.
No matter how long your hair is, hair extensions should be worn from a lower part, about 2-6 inch down from your hair top.
Please note that, we highly recommend you to wear hair extensions when your hair is longer than 6 inch.

3. What are hair extensions?
It depends on how frequently you wear your hair extensions, which style you select and what you do to them, so for example are you regularly applying heat to them?
The hair can exceed 1 year assuming that they have been well installed and maintained.
Maintenance also refers to visiting the stylist for periodic adjustments. The hair can be removed and reinstalled so long as your stylist exercises care and patience during the removal process.

4. Can I get hair items with the same texture as the pictures?
Absolutely! We offer so many color and style variations, giving you access to silky, Yaki, straight, curly or wavy hair, plus you have the knowledge that each style is perfectly unique! To ensure you get the best results after application we advise some re-styling with hair tongs and accessories to get your hair looking just as you’d dreamt.

5. How to apply clip in hair extensions?
Step 1: Create a horizontal part about one inch above the nape of the neck and attach the shortest hair extension.
Step 2: Remove hair from the hair clip and part it again from ear to ear, 1 to 1 1/2 inch above the first extensions. Apply the longer hair extensions to your hair.
Step 3: Attach the shorter pieces to the sides of your head, above the ears. Check the following video for more specific directions!

6. How to apply tape in hair extensions?
Step 1: Starting from the bottom, section your hair and make sure that you have a nice clean horizontal line on the section. Using your tail comb, pick up a thin slice of natural hair as wide as your tape extensions.
Step 2: Hold the section of hair up, stick an extension to your comb and place it 1 cm from the hair root. Release the section of hair, place your finger over the tape, press firmly and roll the comb off of the tape.
Step 3: After you have firmly pressed the tape extension into your hair, lift the hairs that did not attach to the tape and clip them up with the rest of your hair.
Step 4: Once you have firmly placed the two tapes together, take a small (or regular size) flat iron and place it onto the tape for one second. This way the glue with is sure to stick to the hairs in between the two tapes in the sandwich.

7. How can I pick out the perfect extensions color matching natural hair?
It is the reflection of light, which comes off the colored pigments in the hair at certain wavelengths; hair color is very dynamic since the reflection commonly differs depending on the frequency and intensity of the light hitting the hair.

8. Can I color the hair extensions?
Yes! Our hair can be professionally colored. Nevertheless, it is not recommended to color our pre-colored hair since our hair extensions have been previously treated by a chemical method. Double processing the hair will lead to premature shedding and dryness.

9. Can I apply a hairdryer, hot roller, tong or other styling equipments on my extensions?
Since our hair extensions are all made of 100% premium Remy human hair, you can use all of the above. Just like your natural hair, they can be curled, ironed and straightened. However be aware that overuse can cause the ends to become dry and brittle just as your own hair would so make sure you use a heat protector.

10. What should I do when sleeping with the extensions?
Just brush and plait your hair before going to bed to avoid excessive tangling. NEVER go to bed with wet hair!
