1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At the moment, all orders for hair which in stock are running on a 2-3 business day processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped.
Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders and international orders).
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
3. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on Fedex’s website.
4. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
a. Once your order goes through, you will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours
b. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a second email offering you the tracking number.
